1:05
Hello? Hello?
1:09
Now I hear you.
1:11
Okay, you can hear me now.
1:12
I think it’s coming in through my computer instead of my headset. I’m so sorry, everybody.
1:16
Weird, weird dead air. I was like, “Hey, welcome to the Forge Call.”
1:22
I am in the office with Brian.
1:23
I think he’s going to be joining us shortly, but I wanted to get started.
1:28
Because I saw everybody was here, I wanted to say great news.
1:32
I will let you know we are jumping right into our telehealth data.
1:38
We had hoped to get that by last Friday.
1:41
There were insurmountable issues that we had to fix, but now we are good for the very beta, beta.
1:51
So Brian did ask me to run through it today.
1:54
So I’m going to show you—drumroll—our sales page.
2:00
It’s revealing the name of the company that we’ll be referring to through telehealth services.
2:08
Before I show the screen, I want everybody to know—
2:12
Again, we talked about it last week, but I’m gonna go over it again.
2:15
This is not a tracking link.
2:17
This is the public sales page.
2:21
There is no automatic tracking of deals, okay?
2:26
So if you want to send a customer, you absolutely can.
2:31
All you have to do is make sure that you send in a ticket at getsupport.biz. Myself or Nicky are going to keep a list of businesses you talk to so that, as those customers come in, we can identify them as yours.
2:47
If that is not comfortable for you—if you don’t feel secure in that tracking capability—absolutely fine.
2:56
We are fast-tracking the affiliate tracking links.
3:00
We will have them probably Monday, but that is also beta.
3:05
There’ll be limited functionality.
3:09
Like, we don’t have an agent dashboard yet.
3:11
So again, you are participating in the beta.
3:13
You are able to get the first customers in.
3:15
We will make absolutely every single effort to track them to you.
3:19
And we will work with you to make sure that they do.
3:22
And you will be paid a commission on those deals.
3:26
But beta is helping us test and even break things.
3:31
The expectation is things will break, and we will fix them.
3:36
You know, never stop getting better, right?
3:38
So if everybody’s ready—and even the sales page is a work in progress—
3:44
We are continuing to adhere to compliance regulation but also building, improving, and testing the sales page.
3:51
So you may see the sales page change.
3:54
The address will stay the same, but what you see on the page may differ.
4:00
So stay tuned. All right.
4:02
Here we go—I’m gonna share my screen. Oh, I’m not the presenter.
4:10
Let me make sure—let me promote myself—make a presenter.
4:18
Okay, here we go. All right, the name of the company is Illusional. Can everybody see my page?
4:32
You can also go to Illusional.com on another window, on your phone.
4:39
Yes, Brian sees it.
4:41
Hey, Brian Wade.
4:43
Let me make sure Brian’s not in the audience waiting to get promoted, actually.
4:46
Yeah, okay, he’s not here.
4:47
Nikki, will you keep an eye out and see if Brian comes in?
4:50
We might have to promote him.
4:52
Okay, Guy sees it.
4:53
All right, so here’s our first window.
4:56
And okay, so the blue button here is gonna jump to a features/benefits section.
5:01
I’m not gonna click it.
5:02
We’re just gonna scroll through everything together.
5:03
You’ll see that this “Enroll Today” button stays on the screen.
5:07
So if at any time a customer wants to enroll, they can click here on the “Start Today/Enroll Now” button.
5:13
Everybody see?
5:16
All right, so more than just telehealth—this is a benefits package.
5:24
The way it works is: the business owner, if they only buy one membership, it is the business owner’s account.
5:33
It’s the Business Sense package for the business owner.
5:37
It costs the same thing as the employees, but any additional members that they purchase will be licenses for their customers, which will be Health Sense packages.
5:49
So we’re going to go through.
5:50
The sales page is designed to market to the business owner, and it goes through all of the benefits that are included.
6:03
Health discounts—so they get prescription drug savings.
6:07
Very big.
6:08
Vision and dental service savings.
6:11
There’s personal identity theft protection and expense reimbursement.
6:16
Accidental death and dismemberment coverage for employees and family, as well as the business owner.
6:24
There are financial wellness tools and training, and the business advantage.
6:32
So the business owner has a more robust plan—it’s the Business Sense plan.
6:38
So again, marketing towards the business owner, we’re really emphasizing the benefits to the business and the business owner, and the price is $39.95 per member per month.
6:55
We are working on this. There’s a service fee for using credit cards.
7:03
Our emphasis is on ACH.
7:05
That will benefit you, the agent, greatly because it is a more consistently successful payment transaction, right?
7:17
People can lose their credit card, the credit card expires, they turn off their credit card, etc., etc.
7:23
Chargebacks—with ACH, none of that happens.
7:26
What we will be offering is—and this is in process, but I want you to understand the service fee—
7:33
The ACH is the priority.
7:35
We’ll roll it out in a couple of weeks.
7:37
Right now, there’s only a credit card, but the business owner—the purchaser of the account—is going to be prompted to set up ACH. They can opt out and use a credit card.
7:49
But then between three and five percent—we’re working on it—
7:56
A processing fee for only if they use a credit card will apply.
7:59
But for right now, you will see how that works in my demo today because I’m going to buy an account.
8:04
We have the whole page, and there’s a lot of information about the benefits and features.
8:09
Then we have a benefits comparison chart that shows the BusinessSense and Business Owner packages—everything they get with their account—and then the HealthSense and Family packages, and what all they get.
8:22
The only thing the families don’t get that the BusinessSense package does include is business security, because that applies to businesses, and cell phone protection, as well as some credit card benefits.
8:37
Here, you see the check marks for the family accidental death and dismemberment coverage: $10,000 per employee, $2,500 for the spouse, and $2,500 for each dependent child. That’s good.
8:51
Then we get to the explanation again and “Enroll Today.”
8:57
We have “How It Works.”
8:58
Upon purchase, you’ll select the number of members—business owner plus total number of employees—you wish to provide coverage for.
9:03
I’m going to purchase for Robert’s Custom Carpentry, which is my husband’s business, and I’m going to say he has one employee to cover.
9:13
So the business itself plus one will be two memberships.
9:17
The business owner by default will receive the BusinessSense package for no additional charge.
9:23
It’s the same as the HealthSense package for employees.
9:26
All employees enrolled will receive the HealthSense package.
9:29
After purchase, you will be prompted to provide your employee’s name.
9:31
We’re prepping them from the beginning that there’s a purchase and then another step.
9:36
Each membership costs $39.95 per month.
9:40
Then we’ve got disclosures, contact information, etc.
9:43
This green button here does the same thing as the button that’s followed us all the way around.
9:48
We’re going to go to it.
9:51
When we get the affiliate tracking links for your agents, this form—or one very close to it—will be on the homepage right here, just like you’re familiar with from the ERTC.
10:05
For right now, that’s not the case.
10:07
When we roll out the tracking links, all of this will be on one page.
10:12
But for now, this is what it is.
10:15
This captures the information.
10:33
Even if I don’t proceed with completing the purchase, we are capturing lead data.
10:41
When the agent dashboard accounts are rolled out, you will be able to see not only your deals but also your leads. You’ll see their payment status—are they a lead or a deal?
10:53
A deal means they paid. It’s a pay-up-front model, so it’s not like waiting 12 to 18 months for an ERTC—it is immediate.
11:01
If I abandon the cart after I enroll and don’t complete the payment, you will be able to follow up with that business and walk them through it.
11:13
Here, I need to put in my address, so I’m going to pause real quick.
11:22
I’m filling out this address information. The information I’m entering for the business is required for creating the account.
11:32
It is captured right up front.
11:39
There is also an opt-in to contact by email and SMS.
11:43
I’m not sure if that might have been covered by a pop-up, but I’m clicking “Enroll Now.”
11:48
All right, now I’m going to share my screen again.
11:52
I’m immediately directed to a credit card subscription membership form.
11:56
I’m going to complete the purchase.
11:58
Right now, we only have the credit card option.
12:01
As I said, we are building the ACH priority interface, which will display two radio buttons. By default, it’ll be ACH.
12:13
If the customer chooses a credit card, then this will be added.
12:18
We’re working between three and five; that’s in flux.
12:21
For right now, just for this demo, and if you send somebody to the page right now, this is what they will see.
12:29
I’m going to pause while I put my credit card number in.
12:35
See, my computer remembers it.
12:44
Okay, give me a second while I type in my card—or maybe not.
13:03
All right, so I entered my payment information and clicked “Confirm.”
13:08
What you’ll see here is I have not been charged yet.
13:11
ACH will be available in a couple of weeks, Donald.
13:14
We have authorization for recurring monthly payments.
13:16
Here we have the terms and conditions for their charge.
13:20
This will help against chargebacks.
13:23
We offer an easy 30-day money-back guarantee after enrollment.
13:28
If, in the first 30 days after the initial purchase, they decide this isn’t something they want, they will get a full refund—and that would apply to commissions.
13:38
Obviously, if they don’t pay, the commission isn’t earned.
13:42
They can update their payment anytime through their customer portal.
13:45
They also have access to the terms and conditions and privacy policy here.
13:51
They agree, and we timestamp this.
13:54
This helps with security and merchant servicing, which will help with retention and commissions for you all.
14:02
I’m going to confirm my payment.
14:06
Here we get a payment process and a status of—oh, gosh, I know what happened.
14:14
I’ve already used this email address.
14:18
I’m so sorry.
14:20
Hold on one second. I’m going to do it over, but faster, without the walkthrough.
14:28
It won’t process repeat emails.
14:32
I thought I changed it enough that it would be okay.
14:43
Let me know if you have any questions while I type this out.
14:45
What do you think so far?
14:48
To switch from credit card to ACH, is it just a payment update?
14:51
Yes, exactly right.
14:53
Inside the customer portal account, there is a simple link to update your payment.
15:00
When they change to ACH, their subscription will update, and they will no longer pay the 5%. The reverse is also true—if they sign up with ACH and switch to a credit card, they’ll be notified that the service fee will be added. The service fee is non-commissionable. It literally just goes to pay the credit card processing fee so that commissions can stay the same throughout.
15:36
If the expense of the transaction goes up, that affects our ability to pay the expenses, right?
15:44
OK.
15:46
Gmail 2.
15:55
Yes.
15:58
All right.
15:59
Thanks.
16:06
All right.
16:06
It’s verifying my identity: four, five, two, six, six, one.
16:22
This is a Google Pay issue, not a verification issue.
16:26
OK, all right.
16:33
OK, so I’m back here at the “Agree and Continue.”
16:44
OK, subscription created successfully, payment history recorded successfully, employees added successfully, registration complete.
16:50
So you see it keeps up with what’s going on. It does take a second because we’re creating their account, right?
16:56
And as you see, I’ve done nothing, and I’m immediately delivered into the employee management. OK?
17:02
Here we’ve got a message: one license reserved by default for the business owner—you, Vanessa—and you will be auto-registered as soon as you complete the enrollment.
17:10
Do not register an account for yourself; register your employees below. This is beta.
17:15
One of the advancements we are going to be taking in the next two weeks or so is that when this page opens, you will see the business owner already listed as an employee with the business sets.
17:31
Right now, it happens after we sync data.
17:33
So let’s add my first employee.
17:36
I’ll hire Mike, my husband.
17:40
He is male.
17:49
Make up an email for him.
17:53
All right, phone number, sure.
17:56
Save.
17:58
OK, here we have Mike Roberts; he’s my employee.
18:03
You’ll see here that it’s unsynced and his membership is active.
18:08
OK, so here my next step is to sync data for enrollment.
18:13
This is going to connect to the telehealth partner and register myself automatically, as I will be auto-registered as soon as I complete—right?—
18:23
and it’ll register my employee.
18:27
At this stage, if I decide I want more employees than just myself and Mike, after I sync, I’m able to add more, and it’s going to change my subscription. OK?
18:38
If I try to leave this page, I will get an error that I haven’t synced my data yet, and I’ll get instructions to go back and sync. All right?
18:46
So I’m gonna sync my data. OK?
18:49
This warning is telling me: when you click here, you’re not done yet.
18:56
I’m going to be redirected, so I’m going to guide through the setup so I can sync your employees properly.
19:02
I’m going to proceed.
19:03
What this is going to do is put me directly into my Business Sense account as the business owner.
19:12
If you’re walking your customers through, this is a setup process.
19:15
See, it knows who I am.
19:17
I accept my terms and conditions for my Business Sense account.
19:24
All right.
19:25
This is where I create a password for my Business Sense account, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
19:29
I won’t go through all of that.
19:33
Are there any questions about this?
19:34
Let me go back to my Illusional page, and here you will see myself with my original data.
19:40
This is the data that I put in the Lead Capture.
19:43
It has been upgraded to Business Sense, and Mike Roberts, my employee, has been enrolled in Health Sense.
19:50
OK, I’m gonna jump to the chat to see if we have any questions so far.
19:56
Looks good, robust offering.
19:58
Steve, thank you.
19:59
How does this work—signing up churches, associations, et cetera?
20:02
Donald, that will be on a case-by-case basis that will require approval and special setup.
20:10
And I’m gonna let Brian go into the details of this.
20:13
We’re not doing that in the beta.
20:15
For the beta, this is one-to-one.
20:16
If you sell to a business, they can sign up during the beta.
20:21
So no associations yet, but we do have a very solid plan.
20:28
Yes, the members will be able to sign up themselves through the association, and you will receive a commission on the employees that the association refers to.
20:39
And the association will receive a commission as well.
20:44
I know we have a concept of sub-agents with ERTC where you earned a commission and then it was split or shared. It’s not the same format here.
21:04
Your commission is your commission.
21:07
There—and I’ll let Brian go through more of the details—but for right now, your commission is $7 per member.
21:14
So if you had referred me, Thomas, if you had sent me to Illusional.com, and then you had come to Vanessa or Nikki and said, “Hey, I just spoke to Vanessa at Robert’s Custom Carpentry.
21:27
I helped her sign up.
21:31
Did she buy it?”
21:32
And I can say, “Yes, I can see that Vanessa bought two members.”
21:37
So you have earned $14, right?
21:40
And every month that Vanessa pays for two members, you’ll receive $14.
21:44
If Vanessa adds more members—and they’re actually called members, not lives, I’m sorry—
21:49
if she adds more employees, more members, and the active member count goes up here, you’ll receive payment as that grows.
21:59
OK, will each individual employee have a portal or just the business owner guide?
22:03
Great question.
22:04
Every business owner is our customer.
22:07
The business owner will see what I’m looking at on my screen right now. OK?
22:12
Each employee will be sent a Health Sense welcome email and will have a My Health Sense account where they manage their benefits and features.
22:28
Employees will not log into the Illusional Site Dashboard.
22:34
Does everybody understand?
22:36
Only our customers—the people who pay Illusional—log in. OK?
22:43
So if I talk with 50 business owners who do not sign up immediately, you want a list of them sent to you via the support page.
22:51
Will the business name be enough or all the contact info?
22:55
The business name should be enough.
22:59
If you have more information, you can send it.
23:03
We do want to be as thorough as possible.
23:09
But yes, the business name should be enough unless the business owner, Bob Smith, signs up with a different business name and we can’t place it.
23:19
So the more information you have, the better, right?
23:24
OK, so will the business owner have two different accounts to sign into later—Illusional and Business Sense?
23:30
Yes, yes. Their user IDs will be the same, and they can choose the same password because they—if you see here—haven’t set up a password yet for Illusional.
23:42
There’s a welcome email—let me see if I can… I had to go to a different place… Let me see if I can show you the welcome email.
23:53
I did it on the fly.
23:59
Right, soft.
24:06
So they’re given a welcome email, and they’re prompted to go back and set their password.
24:11
Because they are choosing their own password, they can make it the same to keep things simple.
24:21
OK, Google wants me to confirm that it’s me.
24:43
OK, and… OK, here we go.
24:50
All right, so my Health Sense welcome email has come, and it says “Create Password.” OK? And “Welcome to Illusional Onboarding Credentials.”
24:59
So this is the welcome email from Credentials.
25:01
I’m sorry, the welcome email from Illusional.
25:04
It confirms that they, for the business owner, have confirmed a Business Sense account.
25:09
This is a total of two memberships, one business owner and one employee.
25:14
It confirms the amount that they’ll be charged on a recurring basis.
25:17
It provides terms and conditions.
25:19
They need to click here to validate their email.
25:21
I’m already logged in on this browser, so I’m not gonna try to do that.
25:25
But it does give me a temporary password that I then, when I log in, I’m prompted to save my own password.
25:31
You can log in to elutionals.com to add, remove, and update your employees.
25:34
I’m going to show you how to do that.
25:35
Any questions about the welcome onboarding?
25:40
So in Elutional, this is our employee registration.
25:45
I can come over here to Dashboard, and after the initial, the very first login, it defaults to this page so they can finish setting up, but any other time they login, they’re going to come into Dashboard.
25:56
Here, the plus sign: If I hire a new employee and I want to add from one to three, if I hire 15 people, I can add here.
26:07
That changes the dollar amount of their membership that will be billed on their renewal.
26:17
They are not billed immediately, so when they add licenses through the month, it will only affect your commission when they are rebuilt.
26:28
Does that make sense? Today is August 6th.
26:30
If I add 10 licenses today and I become a 12-member account, then on September 6th, I will be charged for the 12 accounts.
26:47
Terms of service and conditions, and it tells me my next billing date.
26:52
We are working on the edit payment method when we have the ACH it will the switch will be available right now what we’ve got is the ability to change the credit card okay and that should be populated the next couple of days for right now they would just contact support to change their billing but that will be a self-serve here in the dashboard here they can change their password pretty simple the quick links here go to the If after I confirm my password, et cetera, this is where I will log in, and this is the information that was emailed to me as a Business Sense owner.
27:36
If the business needs to share, if their employee comes to them and says, hey, how do I get to my Health Sense account, the business owner can share Health Sense with their employees.
27:46
Again, this information is emailed directly to every registered employee.
27:51
This is just for convenience, all right?
27:55
And then business package docs, that’s the terms and conditions for the business sense.
28:00
It’s a PDF, that’s gonna be a download link by the end of the day today.
28:04
All right, so any questions?
28:08
When you bulk add new employees, when do you add their personal info?
28:11
Really great question.
28:12
All the business owner has to do is their name, email, and address.
28:20
Remember when I was over here on the employee and I added Michael?
28:27
It asked me for the information you see on this line and it also asked for the physical address of the employee.
28:37
The employee gets the email from HealthSense.
28:41
They then provide all of their own registration through the HealthSense interface and that’s the service provider.
28:51
Now, when you bulk add employees, Thomas, everyone is at this time entered manually.
28:59
We are rolling out the ability for a business owner to upload a spreadsheet, for example, through a payroll company.
29:10
If they have 100 employees, 1,000 employees, you know, we want that, right?
29:15
We don’t want the employer to be irritated and have to type in a thousand names.
29:20
So what we are working on is the ability to take any spreadsheet, have them upload the spreadsheet and then match the fields, right?
29:29
If you’ve ever, you know, loaded a list into a CRM, you know what I’m talking about.
29:33
Identify the column that has the first name, identify the column that has the last name, the email, excuse me, the mailing address, right?
29:42
And once we map the fields, bulk import, they all get registered, they all get synced over, and they all get HealthSense accounts.
29:52
So, and then the employees enter in any information that’s not captured in that upload.
30:03
As for the source of truth on employee data, if the employee needs to change any information, they can do so in the HealthSense account, and it updates in illusional, right?
30:14
Because we believe the employee might know better what their personal information is, better the employer, right?
30:22
And since employees never come into this dashboard, we wanna trust what the employee has to say.
30:32
Any questions?
30:35
Will your support be directly assisting new signups as required?
30:43
Yes.
30:47
I don’t know, we have a support team, if any customer reaches out to support, we will help them with anything they need at any time.
30:58
Supportadolutional.com, the support is offered in all of our communication.
31:05
The emails come from supportadolutional.com, so replies go to our support desk. There is a support phone number. Is that what you mean?
31:13
Are we standing by to help?
31:16
Will we have a dummy site we can play with like we had at ERTC?
31:19
No, Thomas.
31:20
Because there is nothing else for you to do.
31:23
With ERTC, it was a lot of handholding and you were helping people fill out applications and upload documents.
31:33
Literally, all you have to do, if you walk them through buying, which is public facing, that’s it.
31:42
That’s all they have to do.
31:43
everything else is walked through. Yep.
31:48
Now if you have a company and you would like to purchase an illusional account for a business sense, you absolutely can and you’ll have a real account.
31:59
So scenarios, will the employer foot the bill for employees as a benefit?
32:03
Brian, yes, that is the concept.
32:07
Will employers typically deduct payroll from employees so they are not footing the whole bill. That is up to the employer. That is not the business plan that we are presenting.
32:18
This is all geared as a benefit offered to employees from the business, how the business wants to recoup that $39 per employee per month, if they want to cover it, if they want to bill it. I can’t speak to that. Do we even care? No, we don’t care.
32:39
As long as the employer is paying us? We don’t care. Can employers add 1099 employees too?
32:45
And what about roofers and their subs? Steve, absolutely yes. This is actually the perfect solution for 1099.
32:55
Folks, there is no validation. There’s no like, we don’t check payroll records.
33:01
Like if one person wants to pay for 10 accounts, and it’s a friend group.
33:08
Technically, we’ve got a business owner, business account that goes to the customer, and then associated employees.
33:17
So if you have a team of babysitters, plumbers with contractors, roofers, handymen, yes, yes, absolutely.
33:29
So they don’t have to be W-2.
33:30
They can be 1099.
33:31
We do not validate any of that it is if the business owner is paying for it that’s what matters right how long before we’ll be able to set domains for illusional business cards emails etc Donald great question you can do that as soon as we go live with tracking links right because what you want what you’re asking me for is the ability to buy a domain such as donaldleith.com and set up so that when people go to donaldleath.com, they are redirected to your tracking link.
34:05
Okay?
34:06
You don’t want to send them to illusional.com through your domain because it won’t track, right?
34:13
To that end, I would even say, I’ll take one step back, you could do it now, you would just have to change where your domain points to when you have an affiliate link, right?
34:24
So if you bought donaldleath.com today, and you set it to go to illusional.com, okay, that’s fine.
34:31
If you’re telling me and Nikki that you have given your business card to Bob Smith Motors, John Henry Roofing, right?
34:42
Then they’ll end up at illusional.com for now.
34:45
Then when you get your tracking link, and you’ve already got your business cards printed with donaldleath.com, you just have to change what happens when people go to that URL right so technically you could do it right now can 1099 enroll as individuals if they are a business owner right and they buy one account through here they will get a business sense account as the business owner they do not have to enroll in any employees so yes the answer is yes can 1099, yep, roofers and subs, okay, any other questions?
35:28
I wanna know why my button’s hiding.
35:29
Oh, I think it’s because I’m editing the page.
35:35
So yeah, this jumps down to the chart, but again, yep, this site is, it is compliant, it is approved, but we are still working on improvements.
35:52
And you will see shortly, instead of an enroll button now, it will be the tracking lead capture form.
36:00
Is a business owner, man and wife, one or two memberships?
36:04
Okay, so the business owner’s Business Sense account covers the business, right?
36:11
It’s not personal coverage really, right?
36:15
There is like accidental death coverage for the business.
36:18
If the business owner wants to cover himself as as an employee with a Help Sense account which does cover family then the solution yes would be to enroll his wife and then he would have coverage as the business coverage from the business owner perspective and then his entire family will be covered under the under his wife right the the functioning assumption is that business owners tend to have full health insurance right even if they don’t offer it to their employees they usually have that so some of this for business owners isn’t as much of a benefit as it is something they can offer their employees and 1099 contractors. Yeah. When will we be able to bring on agents?
37:19
Reggie, we will have referral capabilities where you can have agents that you refer who are able to join the program and refer deals, and that will benefit you.
37:36
We will not have the sub-agent functionality that you are accustomed to with ERTC, where you’re splitting a commission.
37:46
Like I said, we will have a structure where, when you refer and bring in another agent, they will be an agent just like you, okay?
37:59
But you will have a benefit on their deals—a commission benefit on their deals.
38:05
But it will not affect your commission on your deals. They will have their deals, and you will have a boon. I’ll let Brian go into all of the details, but it’s not a chain of “This is my sub-agent, this is my sub-agent, this is my sub-agent.”
38:24
What does that benefit us?
38:29
It’s a dollar amount per deal, per life. Will they be at seven members or less?
38:37
They will be a standard agent at the five until they earn platinum. Yeah.
38:43
Platinum—for anyone not anointed like you guys are—they will have to be paying members, paying agents, with a thousand lives to earn platinum, right?
39:00
So you’re anointed to platinum to earn the $7, but other agents who are not you will have to earn that status.
39:08
So, as a business owner, I signed up with Business Sense for $39.95 a month, and to get my wife covered, I have to pay another $39.95 for her?
39:18
Okay, as a business owner, for a Business Sense account, which covers you—the business owner—yes, that is one membership.
39:28
Okay?
39:29
You get telehealth for the business owner, spouse, and children.
39:32
So for telehealth, your wife is covered.
39:34
If you want things like ID theft expenses for your wife, or if you want cell phone protection, that’s not included—sorry.
39:45
If you want ID theft resolution—there are just a couple of things—
39:53
Am I right?
39:57
Yeah, so like ID theft expense reimbursement, your wife wouldn’t be covered in your Business Sense account.
40:03
Okay, cell phone protection—your wife’s phone wouldn’t be covered.
40:05
Business security, cyber monitoring—your wife wouldn’t be covered, okay?
40:10
But that’s not in Health Sense either.
40:12
So, in Business Sense, the things that do cover your family are the things I think you want, right?
40:17
The telehealth for your spouse and your kids, the health discounts, and the financial wellness.
40:23
Does that make sense?
40:24
But if you also want—well, I don’t think it makes sense for your wife to be covered on a separate account, right?
40:32
I think you’ve got what you need, right? Okay.
40:37
So yes, any agent that joins can potentially earn platinum, but you guys don’t have to.
40:45
You do not have to get a thousand lives to get the seven.
40:47
You are what we’re calling anointed into platinum.
40:52
And in the dashboard—again, not available in beta, but we’re working towards it—you are familiar with the concept from ERTC.
41:01
You will be able to log in.
41:03
The dashboard will be aesthetically similar to this, right?
41:09
But instead of seeing “employee,” what you’ll see is your list of deals, right?
41:16
We will have a list.
41:17
We will designate if it’s a lead or if they’ve paid; you’ll be able to identify and sort.
41:23
You will see the name of the business, the phone number of the business, the email of the business, and the number of lives—sorry, the number of members—that they’re paying for, right?
41:33
You will not see all of the personal employee information—that’s private and you don’t need it.
41:38
So you’ll see the number.
41:39
For example, you would see Vanessa Roberts, Roberts Custom Carpentry, my email, my phone number.
41:44
You would see that I’m paying for two lives.
41:46
You will see that I’m no longer a lead—I have paid, right?
41:52
And you’ll see the dollar amount that the next payable commission is to you.
41:58
So, $14.
42:00
Okay, also on the dashboard, you will have commission history, right?
42:04
You’ll be able to go into every deal and see how much commission you’ve earned, on what date, and total commissions for every deal.
42:13
So you’ll know who your long-term customers are.
42:16
You’ll be able to see people who have a payment failure.
42:18
You’ll be able to see people who are leads and never completed buying so you can follow up.
42:23
We obviously will be working on situations where, if a payment failure happens with a business, they will be communicated with—email, text, phone call.
42:36
If they try to log in to their account, there will be a pop-up prompting them to pay.
42:42
And if it goes that far, we will have, like I said, a support phone call go out to them and help them get reset so they don’t lose their access.
42:54
Up to four children—will their names need to be listed? Not in the Illusional Dashboard, Donald.
43:00
They will have to be provided in the HelpSense interface.
43:11
And then we will also have, in the Agent Dashboard, a history of every total commission paid to you.
43:18
The commission payouts will be on the 15th and the last day of the month.
43:22
And so you will have an archive: “Donald was paid $1,027 on August 31.”
43:31
“September 15—Donald was paid…” and so on. And then breaking down—if you go into that commission, into the deal—you’ll be able to see every commission earned for that deal. The commission will probably just be a total number, right?
44:02
What if a family has six children?
44:04
It’s a great question. If that comes up, we will work it out.
44:08
We will not leave anybody untaken care of.
44:11
But I know that has been discussed.
44:18
It’s not on the tip of my tongue what the answer is for that.
44:20
But adjustments can be made.
44:26
Big families in the Midwest, long cold winters—we want them to be able to stay in and get telehealth care, right?
44:27
I get it.
44:30
I get it.
44:30
All right.
44:36
I’m taking notes.
44:43
You guys are in it from the beginning, so anything that you know will help you manage your business better. Being on the ground floor, they must be 18 and under, right?
44:55
They have to be dependent children, right?
45:01
So I believe that is a tax law or a tax parameter.
45:07
They have to be their dependents. But yes, 18 and under.
45:13
How do we set up our own payment details with you so that we can get paid? Great question, Brian.
45:19
Our initial rollout will be that we’re paying via PayPal through PayPal Mass Pay API.
45:27
That’s a little bit of how the sausage is made, but right now for the beta, we’re doing it manually, right?
45:33
That’s why you have to tell me who you are, and we’ll be sending out funds manually. But when the agent portals are rolled out, you will need to register and validate your PayPal account in the back end in the agent dashboard, and commissions will be calculated by the portal. You will see all of your information before the next payment is issued, right?
46:03
So on the 15th, everyone who’s paid by the 15th is going to get calculated, and you’ll see, “Donald Leath, your next commission earned is,” right?
46:15
And it’ll say $1,027 and then the date that you’re going to be paid that, and it’ll be sent to you via PayPal into your PayPal account on the payroll date.
46:28
Is there a number we may call with questions or support?
46:31
Send us a support ticket right now for agent support.
46:35
Is HealthSense or BusinessSense a trade name?
46:38
Yes, yes.
46:40
We have partnered with a provider, and that is the business name of the service that they are buying through Ellutional.
46:49
How do we set up—okay, payment details, yep.
46:57
Am I missing anything, Nikki?
46:59
Do you see any questions?
47:01
Because we’re coming up on the hour.
47:04
I want to make sure that everybody has what they need and feels comfortable with hitting the bricks with it.
47:15
So anything you’d like to know—Is there a number to call?
47:18
Yeah, every Wednesday. GoToWebinar, this call.
47:23
How soon will the replay be in?
47:26
Usually we get them up within 24 hours.
47:27
We try to do it faster.
47:29
I know this one’s important.
47:30
Yep. Oh, you’re very welcome, Guy.
47:32
Thank you. Feedback, fans, pros, cons, praise—Will you be mocking up marketing material for us, Brian, eventually?
47:46
Yes. Right now, our focus is on development and infrastructure. But our intention is—yes, flyers, leave-behinds, social posts, email content. Yes, we absolutely want to do that.
48:04
But it’s not our top priority right now, just being so for real.
48:09
Okay, you got it covered?
48:10
Well, you want to share it with me?
48:12
We can piggyback; we can work together.
48:15
Looks very good.
48:15
Oh, thank you, Reggie.
48:16
I’m glad you like it.
48:17
I really—okay, Guy says he loves it.
48:19
Is there going to be a Slack group?
48:20
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
48:21
Okay, so we have an illusional.com Slack.
48:24
I’m adding Nikki to it today.
48:26
And so if you want to participate in the Slack for the beta—right, if you are going to be sending… Let me—please work with me on this one.
48:35
If you are going to be sending businesses in for the beta, not just for funsies and like… right? You know what I’m saying?
48:45
Yes, we will add you to the Illusional if you’re participating in the beta so that you can quickly and easily communicate with the businesses you’re working with.
48:53
Okay, this will not be a platinum-like general support. Yet, we are not scaled for that.
49:06
I know folks are going to want to be like, “What’s the status of my deal? Such-and-such hasn’t paid, have you called them?” Yes, right.
49:17
The number of customers we anticipate this company supporting is exponentially more than ERTC, right?
49:30
Because people who are buying this—there’s a heck of a market for it, right?
49:40
So we have to scale up support so that we can help you, so that we can help the customers.
49:45
And our priority, obviously, always is to help the customer first.
49:48
And you will have—we’re building this from the ground up with everything I learned at ERTC, and communication-wise, we will benefit from that, right?
49:59
You want to know, “Has this person paid?”
50:02
You will see in your portal that they have or have not, right?
50:07
And we will have a very standardized communication method for payment failures, right?
50:14
It happens.
50:15
People who subscribe to things stop paying for things.
50:17
Has anybody had a gym membership?
50:22
So we will make every effort.
50:24
Absolutely, retention is at the top of our list.
50:26
It’s so much easier to keep a customer than get a customer, right?
50:28
And we are working to your benefit—to your success—on that end.
50:34
But what we’re just not scaled for right now is to be like, “Hey, have you talked to Vanessa about her credit card expiring?”
50:41
Like, yes. Yes, we have.
50:44
Everybody’s been talked to.
50:45
They’ve gotten the email, they’ve gotten the text, etc.
50:47
So you’ll know if and when they pay—you’ll know immediately. And as soon as they pay, boom, you’ve earned the commission, right? And then, if they pay by the 15th, you’re due by the end of the month. Any business qualifies for this, Steve? Absolutely, yes. Absolutely yes. We do not validate if they have an EIN or an LLC. Anybody who wants to buy can buy. Already have prospects wanting to? You can send them to Illusional.com.
51:19
Yes, absolutely, Donald, but do let us know who you send there.
51:22
Business name, first name, last name, and email—if you’ve got it, that’s great.
51:29
All right, okay, so if anybody thinks of anything—a feature that you think is going to make your life better, streamline the process—
51:36
If I can automate a communication aspect without violating HIPAA and confidentiality laws, we can roll it out.
51:45
Right?
51:46
I would rather communicate with you better from the beginning than have to make it up at the end, right? So I want to push information to you. Okay, here’s a great question.
52:04
If they don’t register their employees—right, if they pay for 20 employees but they only register 10—what do they pay for? They pay for what they bought. It’s up to them to register their employees.
52:20
They pay no matter what. You get paid no matter what. Now, on our end, we want happy customers.
52:27
We don’t want people to show up and be like, “Oh my gosh, I’ve paid for 10 lives that I never used.
52:33
I want my money back. Oh, I didn’t know I was getting charged.”
52:36
So on our end, we are going to be proactive and say, “Hey, get your money’s worth.
52:43
Take care of your employees.
52:45
You’ve only registered 10.
52:46
You’ve got 10 more active employees.”
52:49
Email, text messages—
52:50
It’s going to pop up in there when they log into their Illusional dashboard.
52:56
“Hey, more employees, more employees, more employees.”
53:01
Again, focus is on retention.
53:03
And any action that they haven’t taken that they need to take, we are going to support the efforts of making sure they do it, take full advantage.
53:14
And on the back end, once they’re registered—have you set up your ID theft protection?
53:19
Have you set up your telehealth account?
53:21
Have you set up your credit monitoring?
53:24
Have you set up your accidental death and dismemberment?
53:27
We want them to use the products because using the product means they’re getting the value.
53:38
All right. Oh, my husband wants to know—he’s getting suspicious activity in our personal account.
53:52
He’s very nervous, so that’s why he’s called me.
53:56
Brian says “engaged.”
53:57
Are you saying does an engaged person count for their spouse in coverage? Yes.
54:04
Yes—spouse, stepchildren, adopted children—yes, all covered.
54:11
We’re not nitpicking. We’re not trying to disqualify people.
54:14
We’re trying to get more coverage, not less. All right. Okay, everybody.
54:25
If you think of something, please let me know. No, we— you want ERs engaged by using officers? Oh yes, we want them engaged.
54:33
Yes, we want them satisfied, getting value, and we want them engaged. I got you. Are you engaged?
54:39
Is congratulations in order? No. Yes, we want them engaged with the product.
54:43
This is not a “we’re hoping for breakage” model, right?
54:47
We’re not hoping people get their gym membership and then don’t use it. No, we want these businesses to see that this is a valuable add for their employees and for their businesses.
55:00
I really need to know about more than four children.
55:02
Yes, Donald, absolutely.
55:04
I know we’ve talked about it.
55:05
I know there is an answer.
55:06
I’m sorry.
55:06
I just don’t remember what it is.
55:08
I will get that answer for you.
55:10
Send me a ticket so I don’t forget to tell you the answer.
55:14
Okay.
55:15
All right.
55:15
So I’m going to go set up the Illusional Slack.
55:17
Please send us a ticket with the email address that you want invited to Slack. Any HIPAA issues to be aware of? We are not sharing any information with you that would violate HIPAA, and we are taking care of HIPAA on our end.
55:33
So you’ll see a business name and contact information for someone who bought an Illusional membership—no medical information. Thank you.
55:46
I’m glad you think I rock. That makes me feel better.
55:52
All right, everybody, I hope you have a really great day.
55:55
I’m going to work on this replay.
55:56
And any thoughts or feedback you have, let me know.
55:59
And as you start GetSupport.Biz—that’s right—
56:02
As you start talking to these businesses, let us know at GetSupport.Biz, and let us know where to send the email invitation for Illusional Slack.
56:13
You know the drill, guys—you’re platinum agents.
56:16
You need your own Slack account, and we’re going to link you up.
56:18
It’s going to be an exclusive channel just for you guys, right?
56:24
As long as you’re participating in the beta, please.
56:27
Fantastic.
56:28
Nikki, thank you so much for hanging out here with me today.
56:32
And any questions, reach out to me, and I’ll see you in Slack very, very soon.
56:35
Thanks, everybody.
56:37
Bye.
56:38
Bye.
